I renewed this spring. When will I receive my membership packet?
Since we were unable to mail membership packets during our closure, we are working hard to catch up. Please use your existing membership card and ID in the meantime. Thank you for your patience.
I already renewed my membership. Why did I receive an additional renewal notice?
Sometimes our renewal mailings and your membership donation cross in the mail. If you have renewed, simply recycle any redundant renewal requests and accept our apologies.
With no trams or Children’s Garden right now, what happens to the Bonus Blooms you sent me?
Save your Bonus Blooms—as long as your membership is current we will honor out-of-date Bonus Blooms anytime in the future.
Can I renew my membership or become a member on site at the Garden right now?
Yes! You can join or renew using a credit card onsite right now. But, keep in mind, you will need to have already reserved your timed and dated e-tickets to enter the Garden and complete your onsite membership transaction.
